The challenge
Photo books are a product everyone wants and almost nobody makes. The blocker is friction: hours in clunky design software between “I should print these” and a finished book. Most photos never leave the phone. We wanted to prove that removing that friction, with conversation instead of design tools, turns intent into orders.
What we built
- A conversational AI editor: customers describe the book and the AI designs every page
- A Photo9 app inside ChatGPT, taking orders where the conversation already happens
- WhatsApp-to-book: the photos already shared in a chat become a printed book automatically
